Based off Emmett Brown from Back to the Future, Dr. Brown first appeared in the short, Look Who's Looking Now, with a foil time hat, that caused a paradox.
Dr. Brown had a role in Klay World: Off the Table as Chip's uncle. He is supposedly famous for inventing a Time Machine hat (Which was actually stolen from Dr. Black) and Taking Chip and Rick the Prick back in time to when cavemen walked the table. He is well known for saying;
"Grab My Hand..."
And towards the end, he says that all he lives for is grabbing hands. He is killed by the Alien Version of Rick in the Climax.
